About the Friends

Now that the house has been moved, the renovation completed, the park and educational gardens designed, it is time to open the D.D. Collins House as a Historic Museum House.

How you can be involved as a Friend of the D.D. Collins House:

Maintain the educational gardens

Assist with selecting interior furnishings

Assist with cataloguing donations and acquisitions

Assist with displays of historic artifacts

Serve as a Historian, researching the Collins Family

Serve as a docent, giving tours and sharing stories about the Collins Family

Serve on the Membership Committee

Serve on the Fundraising Committee

Serve on the Marketing Committee

Develop educational materials and programs
