What's Up, Doc? ~

You may wonder what the D.D. Collins House has in common with that wascally wabbit, Bugs Bunny.

April 30th is the day we honor Bugs Bunny because it is when he first appeared on the big screen in the 1938 short film, "Porky's Hare Hunt."

His claim to fame was his famous catchphrase, "What's up, Doc?" and crazy antics played on his cast mates, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, and a host of others. In 1940 he starred in "A Wild Hare" and his career was launched.

Bugs is even featured in our own carrot patch. You can celebrate by not only visiting our carrot patch, but also by binge watching that wascally wabbit today.
